Alfred Poe has been a director of B&G Foods since 1997. He is currently the Chief Executive Officer of Aja Restaurant Corp. serving as such since 1999. He was the Chief Executive Officer of Superior Nutrition Corporation a provider of nutrition products from 1997 to 2002. He was Chairman of the Board of the MenuDirect Corporation a provider of specialty meals for people on restricted diets from 1997 to 1999. Mr. Poe was a Corporate Vice President of Campbell's Soup Company from 1991 through 1996. From 1993 through 1996 he was the President of Campbell's Meal Enhancement Group. From 1982 to 1991 Mr. Poe held various positions including Vice President Brands Director and Commercial Director with Mars Inc. Mr. Poe also serves on the Board of Directors of Centerplate Inc. (AMEX).
